Signing in with SSO #
What it is. #
Single Sign-On (SSO) lets MU users sign in to the shop with their existing MU Microsoft account (Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD) — no separate shop username or password to remember. It uses the same login as other MU systems.
How to Sign in With SSO #
- Go to the shop sign-in page (My Account).
- Click “Sign in with your MU account” (the Microsoft button).
- You’re taken to the standard MU Microsoft sign-in page — enter your MU email and password, and approve multi-factor authentication if prompted.
- You’re returned to the shop, signed in. On your first sign-in a shop account is created for you automatically — there’s nothing to register.
- SSO handles who you are (authentication). What you can do in the shop is set by your role.
- There’s no separate shop password to manage or reset — it’s all handled by your MU account.
- Signing out of the shop signs you out of the shop only.
