Some products will require extra data to be collected on purchase. MU Checkout Fields allows you to add additional fields of data to the checkout.
Standard checkout data will be collected as shown below but if your product or service requires additional data to be collected such as Emergency contact details for a field trip, or Vehicle Registration number if parking is required.
