How to Log a Support Ticket #

If you need assistance with your website, please submit a support ticket by emailing support@perpetualdigital.ie

What to Include #

To help us resolve your request as quickly as possible, please include:

  • A clear subject line that summarises the issue.
  • A description of the problem or request.
  • The URL of the page where the issue occurs (if applicable).
  • Any relevant screenshots or screen recordings.
  • The steps you took before the issue occurred.
  • The name of the browser and device you are using, if reporting a technical issue.

What Happens Next? #

  1. Your email is automatically logged as a support ticket.
  2. You will receive a confirmation that we have received your request.
  3. Our team will review the ticket and respond as soon as possible.
  4. You can reply directly to any ticket emails to provide additional information or ask questions. Your replies will be added to the same support ticket.

Support Requests #

Typical support requests include:

  • Website errors or bugs
  • Content update requests or changes
  • Image or document changes
  • User account issues
  • General website questions

If your request falls outside your support agreement or requires a larger piece of development work, we’ll let you know and provide you and MU Admin a separate estimate before proceeding.
